Lise and Francois Lalonde

Lise and François met Christ as their personal savior in 1976 as young adults and have joined the Église Baptiste Évangélique de Gatineau. God has blessed them with four children who have known His grace at an early age through the Awana ministry.

Lise was the commander of the Awana club in her church from 1986 to 1993. As the entire bilingual family moved near Toronto in 1995, her affection and her joy in working with children quickly opened a door for Lise to serve in the Awana program in Ajax, Ontario. It was following a short term Awana missionary trip to West Africa in 2002 that Lise accepted God’s call on her life and enrolled in the Bachelor of Christian Education program at Tyndale Seminary.

With many years of experience in the ministry, Lise is well versed in the Awana program and looks forward to serving in Québec and with any French Christian Community in Canada. She is ready to counsel with pastors and leaders regarding the children ministry of your church, and to introduce the Awana program. She is also available to present the program, conduct leadership training, and coordinate special events.
