How to place an order using the website:

  1. Fill in the name and address information (please note that some fields are required). Be sure to use the "tab" key when moving between fields - "enter" will submit your order.
  2. Fill in the shipping information section - we cannot guarantee method of shipping or speed of service unless you specify exactly what you want.
  3. Fill in the items that you wish to order. If you scroll down the order form, you will find a "Most Frequently Ordered" section where you will have to do less typing.
  4. When your order is complete, scroll to the SUBMIT button (located approximately half-way down the page) and click once.

Placing orders for Trophies on the website:

  1. Fill in the order information as in step 1 above.
  2. Fill in the appropriate item information in the body of the order (i.e. which trophies you wish to order and how many of each plus any other items that you wish to order).
  3. Scroll to the SUBMIT button and click once. Use the link at the bottom of the Online Order Confirmation page (appears automatically when you click "submit") to go to the Trophy Certificate form.
  4. Fill in the certificate information completely so that the clubber can be properly entered into the Hall of Fame.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the certificate and click on the SUBMIT button once.

For more than one Certificate:

Once you have filled in the information for the first clubber and clicked on SUBMIT (as in steps 4 & 5 above), click the link on the Online Certificate Confirmation page to return to the certificate page. Proceed with the next clubber.

Special Notes:

You must SUBMIT each certificate in order for us to receive them all.

You must SUBMIT an order for the appropriate number of trophies WITH the certificates (the same as you would by mail or fax).

Problems?

Q. When I try to submit, I get an error telling me that I haven't filled in all the required fields...

A. Make sure that all the fields listed as required are properly filled in - the computer is programmed to refuse submission if you have not done so.

Q. Oops! I forgot something on my order or I filled in a certificate incorrectly, what do I do now?

A. Not a problem! Please submit a new order for the missing items only and your orders will be put together for processing or e-mail us at orders@awana.ca with the correct information (missing items, change to certificate) and we will make the correction.

Q. I don't have an e-mail address to fill in the required field but the order won't go through without one.

A. We apologize for the inconvenience but our internet server requires a return e-mail address to accept form submissions. Please feel free to place your order by phone or fax if you don't have an e-mail address.

Q. I just can't get it to work.

A. Unfortunately, we can't solve all the problems related to website ordering. Sometimes the problems you have are related to your own server but please feel free to phone or e-mail any time if you have trouble with our website. We would be happy to walk you through the ordering process or try to help you work out problems you may be having.
